Users may opt in to receive operational SMS/MMS messages from Juan Camilo Hernandez Perea, operating the SARA pilot.

How users opt in

Users may opt in to operational SMS/MMS messages for the SARA pilot by either:

  1. Providing their mobile number during pilot onboarding and agreeing to receive operational SMS/MMS messages; or
  2. Texting START to the SARA SMS number after receiving the number from the SARA pilot operator or onboarding materials.

No message is sent to any mobile number before one of these opt-in steps is completed. The SARA SMS number is provided directly to authorized pilot participants and is not published on this website.

By providing your mobile number or texting START, you agree to receive operational SMS/MMS messages for the SARA pilot related to claim intake, document intake updates, follow-ups, reminders, and human-reviewed workflow notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This is the disclosure presented to users at the point of opt-in, during pilot onboarding and in the onboarding materials that accompany the SARA SMS number.

What the messages are used for

Messages are not used for bulk marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, spam, promotional messages, or unrelated advertising.

Every message supports operational claim work an authorized Public Adjuster has requested. Sensitive actions are human-reviewed and approval-gated before anything is sent.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. One confirmation message is sent, then no further messages.
